Issue 2 Editorial

However you got hold of this, thank you for reading Ashamed and Bored #2. I hope you enjoy reading it and find out about some new bands. I haven't been to many gigs recently so there's not many live reviews, but there are quite a lot of albums I've bought lately and written about. There's also some interviews with some excellent and quite famous bands. Try and see them live, Dustball are particularly great.
Any bands that I have written about, feel free to quote me. Please email me your contributions, details of stuff to review, letters, or if your band would like an interview.
Thanks to Jess, Greg and Dad for helping me put this issue together, the people at Heaven Sent Records and Suspect Device fanzine for distributing the last issue, and all the bands and people who have written to me.
Most of the albums and singles reviewed here are available at the excellent Heaven Sent Records in Guildford, except the Travis Cut album which is available from SD Records (Suspect Device), PO Box 295, Southampton, SO17 1LW for a mere fiver.
Finally, have a good year, let's hope it's better musically than 1998.
